Your coach will select from a number of coaching tools as she helps you work through the process of determining the best steps for the next phase of your career. All coaching is personalized for your needs, and uses the most up-to-date tools and best practices in the industry.

LEAD - Starting with an assessment of your strengths, your interests, and your passions, we will determine how best to align these with the needs of your organization. A variety of assessment tools are available in addition to Fiona's own unique tools.

ENGAGE - It starts with you! You need to be fully engaged, feel that your skills are being used well, and that what you contribute is appreciated. Your coach will work with you to increase the alignment of your skills and passions to produce business results.

ACT - With no action, there is no growth. Your coach will help you set goals and hold you accountable with support, ideas and guidance.

DELIVER - Coaching helps you get results. You and your coach will develop goals that use your talents to deliver the results that your organization requires.
